OZ boot camp training has evolved into one of the safest, cost effective and physically demanding ways of keeping fit. We now consider our classes to be more group personal training.

The OZ Bootcamp fitness protocol includes a training regime that addresses all aspects of your health and fitness in a truly holistic manner.

We run 8 week bootcamp fitness training programs and design the course around getting you serious results.

OZ Boot Camp program consists of one hour sessions run over the course 8 weeks.

Over the years of running outdoor fitness groups and experimenting and tweaking the format and training modalities, the OZ boot camp fitness training system has evolved into one of the safest, most economical and physically demanding ways of keeping fit.

We use a steady diet of intervals, kettlebell training, crosstraining and strength to give you the fitness level and physical structure usually only attainable throught training with a skilled personal trainer that would charge up to $80.00 – 110.00 per hour.
