What is Bootcamp Training?

OZ Bootcamp is an outdoor group personal training program. Designed to get serious results. We consistently get results for all of our recruits.

We use fun and motivating activities based on personal training protocols. Using weights, medicine balls, kettle bells and other equipment our aim is to keep you highly enthused and coming back for more!

OZ boot camp training has evolved into one of the safest, cost effective and physically demanding ways of keeping fit. We now consider our classes to be more group personal training.

I have strived to design classes that really illicit a positive response from your body. We use traditional weights a lot in our current classes and I believe we are running one of the best outdoor fitness training experiences around.

I train myself everyday using weights and I know the difference between a lame session and an awesome  session. I want to train you in a way that is going to deliver  real results safely. My goal is to deliver this experience to everyone who signs up to our courses. 

The OZ Bootcamp fitness protocol includes a training regime that addresses all aspects of your health and fitness in a truly holistic manner.

We run 8 week bootcamp fitness training programs and design the course around getting you serious results.

OZ Boot Camp program consists of one hr sessions run over the course 8 weeks.

I haven’t worked out in months or years….Do I need to be fit to do OZ Bootcamp ?

Don’t fret. OZ Boot Camps cater for all fitness levels. On your first day you will do a fitness test that will allow us to gauge your fitness level and from there we can place you in a team that is suitable for you! All OZ Bootcamp activities are structured in a way that allows you to choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.
