At the beginning of an OZ Corporate Bootcamp Program, all participants take part in a group fitness test . This allows us to properly evaluate participant fitness levels, capabilities and areas that may need more attention.
Our facilitators will demonstrate variations of exercises within the workouts to provide alternatives for individuals based on their fitness level.

OZ Corporate Boot Camp programs are held either at your work place or outdoor close to your location.
How often does OZ Corporate Boot Camp meet?
Our Fitness programs can be implemented from 2 to 5 days of actual training per week!
We can organize morning, afternoon and evening bootcamp fitness sessions for your company or business. We work to meet your requirements.
Is there a minimum number of participants required to run an OZ Corporate Bootcamp?
We will adjust the program and team building activities based upon the number of participants attending the camp.
If the numbers are higher we use more coaches to keep the ratio of trainers to participants at a minimum of 1:16.
What kind of exercises are in a typical OZ Corporate Boot Camp workout?
Our OZ Bootcamp workouts have been carefully designed to maximize the results reaped from participation in our programs. We primarily use outdoor training modalities and a workout may include team-building activities, circuit training, aerobic and anaerobic cardio work, strength, speed, agility and power development.
Sports-specific training programs drawing on boxing, martial art, skiing, running, climbing, water skiiing are also utilized into our programs as are eastern disciplines such as yoga and Tai Chi.
We also use pilates and rehab/prehab corrective exercises to cater for those sitting at computers for most of the day.
Our trainers also make use of a wide variety of equipment for the OZ Corporate Bootcamp the program, including resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, hurdles, agility ladders, Swiss balls, jump ropes, and weights.
