  1. Group: Moving push ups
  2. Split Group: Table top walk/ Jumping arm circles
  3. Group: Superman

Mountain Climbers

Recovery: Walk and sprint return

Lower Body Circuit x2

  1. Group: Group Squats
  2. Split Group: Bear Walk/ Burpees
  3. Group: Jumping Lunges

Recovery: Walk and sprint return
