OZ bootcamp founder Nathan, is proud to announce that we will now be running Ladies only fitness classes every Monday and Thursday night at the Chiswick Community Hall starting February.
Our Ladies only classes have been specially designed with ladies fitness requirements in mind.
We will be focusing on safe and effective exercise.
