A quick summary of a PT session conducted in Pyrmont Point Park.
Started with some warm up walking
Then we went through some joint mobility and stretches
Next up was a few mini circuit consisting of:
[ Squats 7kg MB / RB Row ] X 3
[ Step Ups 7KG MB / RB Press ] X 3
[ Walking Lunges / Pushups ] X 3
[ Superman / Glute Kick Backs ] X 3
[ Agility Ladder Work / RB Tricep Pushdown ] X 3
We then proceeded to cooldown.
