today was an awesome OZ Bootcamp training sydney session at 6am -

WE covered -

Push-up Ladders – Scissor Legs

Squats Ladders  – more abs

Pull Downs – mountain cimbers

Jack Knives

Lunges – burpees and russian twists

Rowing starjumps and superman

mixed up with a lot of cardio and plyos !
