Personal Trainer Five Dock Session Saturday 13th
Here is a brief outline of a PT Session run down by the Five Dock Bay.
We started with a warm up which included joint mobility a light jog and some key stretches specific to the structural needs of the person.
We then moved on to some agility ladder work..just learning and preparing for what was to come next.
We then timed the agility ladder course and recorded the best of 3.
We followed that up with some more stretching.
Next port of call was some shuttle runs.
We did a test run through and then proceeded to go all out and record the best time of 3 attempts.
Jump rope was our next activity, with the athlete skipping at 160rpm for 3 minutes X 3.
We finished up with some boxing.
We then cooled down and stretched.
