Today I want to share on of my favorite Sydney Bootcamp workouts.
This is a workout I give to my advanced campers who are quite strong and fit.
Kettlebell Swing X 1 minute
50 meter dash and return
Alternating lunging split jumps
Resistance band pushups X 15
Plank Matrix
1 minute break
Kettlebell Swing X 1 minute
40 meter dash and return
jump and reach squats with left hand then right
Resistance band pushups X 15
Dynamic Plank
1 minute break
Kettlebell Swing x 1minute
30 meter dash return
15 burpees
Resistance Band Pushups
Spiderman Plank
This is a great finisher and will get you going.
