    I decided to join Oz Boot camp because I felt as if I was getting a bit lazy as I was not really doing any sort exercise. I work for a Travel Company in North Sydney so I am always indoors so I felt as if I didn’t have enough time to do any exercise and I was lacking confidence with my body.
    My goal is to lose weight and feel better about myself as I am still only young I find it very important to keep fit and be cautious of what I eat.
    Boot camp has really given me the motivation to actually want to do exercise.
    I believe that I am on my way to reaching my goal as I am feeling fit and boot camp is giving me a healthier lifestyle as well.
    What I really like about boot camp is that it is more personalized as we are not a very big group. I like how we don’t just do one routine, we break it up with running, boxing, ab work, etc.Everyone can go at their own pace/level which I think is really good and we can set ourselves goals.

    1)I started bootcamp to get fitter, firmer & for fun!!!
    2)My motto is motivation gets you started & habit keeps you going. I’ll be back for a second round of Oz bootcamp.
    3)Bootcamp is definitely helping me reach my fitness goals quicker. What a way to start the day!
    4)I love that a good workout is completed by 7am, each session is well thought out & you have a team to sweat it out with.
