OZ Bootcamp Thursday 13th 2008 Exercise program

Today we had pretty good session guys.

Here is a run down of the workout for anyone who missed the class.

Warm Up - Joint mobility – stretch

Power skipping / Push ups superset

Side skipping / Squats superset

1 legged hops / High arm circles superset

Walking lunges / Star jumps superset

High knee jog / Burpees

Butt to glute jog / plank superset

Window washing partner drill / push pull partner drill – 1 minute x 2 and repeat

1 legged squat with partner support

Partner balance drill

cool down – joint mobility – stretch
